Most of these documents require Adobe Acrobat Reader. The Appalachian District's fiscal year is the same as the State of North Carolina's: July 1st through June 30th. Therefore, many of the statistics cover more than one calendar year. For example, the 2005 ADHD fiscal year ran from July 1, 2004 - June 30, 2005. The majority of the Division of Health's Program Report Cards become available the second quarter following the fiscal year end (October - December 2006) for the 2005 FYE.
