The Appalachian Health Focus is an epidemiology newsletter produced quarterly by the Appalachian District Health Department (Alleghany, Ashe and Watauga Counties). The newsletter is directed towards physicians, mid-level providers and nurses working in local health care settings.
If you would like more information on the Appalachian Health Focus or if you would like to receive the newsletter, please send an e-mail to info@apphealth.com. Include your name, address and phone number as well as the fax number or e-mail address you would like the Appalachian Health Focus sent to. The newsletter is sent out in January, April, July and October.
