4-5 Bedrooms: $500.00
**Over 500 Gallons add $300.00 extra for each additional 500 Gallons, or any portion thereof.
**Fee includes $225.00 site evaluation fee.

Commerercial
100-360 Gallons: $400.00
361-500 Gallons: $500.00
**Over 500 Gallons add $300.00 extra for each additional 500 Gallons, or any portion thereof.
**Fee includes $225.00 site evaluation fee.

Other Charges
Authorization for existing system Inspections: $75.00 minium call for more information
Expansion of existing system: $200.00
Change on existing permit (limited): $200.00
Change on existing permit (comprehensive): Full Permit Fee
Renewal of non-expired permit: $225.00 - effective 07-01-10
Renewal of expired permit: Full Permit Fee with New Application - effective 09-13-06
Additionsl site visit fee (over 3 visits): $50.00 per visit
Name Change fee: $25.00
Non-refundable administrative fee on all applications: $25.00
