Take U.S. Highway 421 North from Wilkesboro for about 22 miles. Turn Right at caution light onto Highway 221. Go approximately 14 miles. At red light, go straight. You should see Wal-Mart on the right. Take next Left onto Mount Jefferson Road about ½ mile. At T-intersection, turn Right onto U.S. 221 Business for about ½ mile. Turn Left onto McConnell Street. Ashe County Health Department is 0.1 mile on Right at top of hill.
