Maternity
The goal for the Maternity Clinic is to increase the availability of maternity care before and after delivery to those women in our area who are in need of these services and who are unable financially to receive this care through a private physician.
The service includes history, appropriate blood work and lab tests, initial complete exam, follow up visits scheduled through out pregnancy, multivitamins,risk assessment for pre term labor as well as other risk factors education, immunizations,coordination and referral for third trimester care in preparation for delivery with participating physicians.
The cost of service is based on a sliding fee scale according to the number of members in the family and their gross income. ADHD also accepts Medicaid, some Tenn Care, and some private insurance.

OB Support Services (all counties):
- Maternity Care Coordination
- Referral for Medicaid Application
- WIC and nutrition counseling by a Registered Dietitian
- Maternity Health Education
- Social worker counseling as needed
- Referral for child birth classes
- Referral for infant car seat and education
- Post Partum/Baby home visit
- Postpartum examination and family planning services
- Abnormal pap smear follow-up
