Fee Schedule
Effective July 1, 2010
- New Well Permit Application: $325.00
(includes, but not restricted to site evaluation, permit, grouting inspection, well head inspection and Coliform Laboratory analysis.) - Water Test: $75.00
(includes Coliform, inorganic, and most test. In the event that labortory charges exceed $51.00 the department shall charge the cost of the test and an additional $25.00 to cover collection cost.) - Existing Well Head Inspection (no sample): $75.00
- Existing Well Inspection with Water Sample and Borehole Camera Inspection: $150.00
- Well Abandonment Permit Application: $175.00
- Renewal of Well Permit that has NOT Expired: $225.00
- Renewal of Well Permit that has Expired: New Application with Full Fee
- Change of existing Well Permit: $175.00
- Request for variance or ordinance rule: $50.00 per rule that variance is being sought for
- Site Visit beyond standard of 3: $50.00 per visit
