From Boone: Take US-421 to Deep Gap. Turn left onto US 221 toward Jefferson. Go 16.8 miles and stay straight onto Hwy 88 to Laurel Springs, app. 20 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 18N at Laurel Springs Post Office. Go about 12 miles through the Whitehead community. About 2 miles from the Whitehead community, after a long straight stretch of road, turn left onto Health Services Road. Our office is the brick building in the back. If you reach the Town of Sparta you have missed us.
From North Wilkesboro: From 421N turn and proceed on 18 North the Laurel Springs Post Office is approximately 20 miles. Go about 12 miles through the Whitehead community.
