If you are a Carolina Access client who uses the Health Department for Primary
Care Or If you are a Health Care Professional who needs to report a Communicable
Disease. Please call 336-657-2102. Instructions are on the message to leave
message for the staff member on call. That staff member will call you back as
soon as possible. This service is in operation for after hours coverage any
time the health department is closed.
